The location is great, with the train and bus both easily accessible and nearby. We had no issue checking in even though we arrived late at night. Bed was comfy and the apartment was very quiet. However, immediately upon arrival, quite literally as we opened the door, we noticed these little bugs EVERYWHERE. They were on the walls as well as on the floor and no matter how many we killed, there were ALWAYS more. I immediately contacted the host and they NEVER responded! They completely ghosted me. Also, this apartment is EXTREMELY expensive and for the money, I expected way more. Should be easily at least $400 cheaper.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in for a quick trip in Munich, and something that is relatively close to city centre, SMARTments is a phenomenal choice. I’ll be coming back here, for sure! Well worth the money.

Wenn man mit Super WLAN wirbt, dann sollte man das vielleicht auch haben. Dennoch waren die Zimmer wirklich super.

The Airbnb stay was quite pleasant with a hassle-free self check-in and checkout process. The building's location is a convenient 20-minute walk to the beautiful English Garten, one of Munich's top parks, and just a 10-minute stroll to various amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy. With a scooter or taxi, you can reach the Old Town within 20 minutes. The building is well-maintained, but the apartment needs some upkeep as the shower was almost broken, and one of the single couches had a loose leg. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and caused me a neckache. Despite requesting a better pillow, I was provided with the same one already in the room. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in locating my delayed DHL delivery. The internet connection was fast, but it tended to disconnect daily, requiring frequent login.

It's a hotel...room is clean and bright..quiet enough and small kitchen..plenty of towels and it's nice and clean
