(ESL) 0756K10000400701 Villa Kandili is located at the magnificent and peaceful bay of Kanapitsa. It can be reached by the island’s main road at a distance of 4 km from the town of Skiathos and main port of the island, 6 km from the island’s airport and 7 km from the world famous Koukounaries beach. The villa offers both privacy and serenity away for the island’s buzz as well as easy access to all key sites. With the bus stop being effectively outside the villa, everything is just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car. The property offers fantastic sea views and the unique advantage of its own access to a semi-private sandy beach at just 3 minutes walk right down the house. The views from the veranda are breathtaking with the small island of Tsougria right in front. It can accommodate 6 persons (adults and children). The main villa features a living area with dining room section, Air Conditioning and a new fully equipped kitchen that allows to cook for a big family. There are 2 spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has two single beds (pushed together upon request), Air Conditioning, a ceiling fan and a shared bathroom. Villa Kandili also has a calm independent studio with one double bed, an “en suite” shower room and WC, a mini fridge, Air Conditioning and a veranda with sea view. For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boat tours around the island of Skiathos (were is the worldwide famous beach of Lalaria). You can also visit the Marine life protection center on neighboring Alonissos Island and there is also a boat trip to Skopelos island to visit some of the “Mamma Mia!” movie locations. Transfer to and from the port or airport. Private and free parking. Bus stop just outside property easy to use. Water sports, diving lessons and boat rental from the beach right down the Villa upon request.

What a location!! And the private beach was heavenly. The house is well stocked and well located and is surrounded by peace and quiet and battre and exceptional views.

Friendly host who picked up and dropped us off early in the morning (6:40am). Nice place with semi-private beach access. Though it’s on the main coastal road you won’t hear any traffic and can relax in this family home. A problem with the aircon was quickly sorted, which we appreciated.

Fred ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und angenehmer Gastgeber mit wertvollen Tipps für die Insel. Er unterstützt bei Fragen und hilft wo er kann. Die Lage der Villa mit der kleinen Bucht und dem grandiosen Ausblick ist phantastisch! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

If you want to stay in Skiathos I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. It’s just amazing. The view from the patio is stunning and to wake up to that each morning just makes the holiday perfect. Having access to the beach is a great bonus too. The villa is kept very clean and the kitchen is really well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. Bus stop 11 is just down the road from the villa so it’s easy to get either to other beaches or into Skiathos Town without a car. Fred (Helene’s nephew) is such a friendly, helpful guy and is always happy to respond to questions you might have and even met us at the airport, took us to the supermarket, took us back to the airport on our return and helped with my birthday cake surprise! He really made you feel welcome and helped you settle in to your holiday and the villa so quickly. If you love watersports then go to visit Tassos at Porto Nostas Watersports on Tzaneria Beach (bus stop 12). They will pick you up from the beach at the villa. Great people - very friendly.

This place is Utopia . We loved the property . Fred the host is Fantastic met us at the airport . Put us onto a hire car company which was a fab idea. Loads of beaches nearby . Great location . Only regret is we wish we stayed for two weeks instead of one . Recommend this property 100%
