Really gorgeous place, close to the beach and really felt right at home, a large number of board games too which we enjoyed

Absolutely loved this house. A few mins walk to multiple beaches, gorge walk, cafes/shops. The place was a great size & the beds were very comfortable. If you’re planning to cook a lot, bring your own basics like oil, salt, and a sharp knife. The kitchen was well stocked otherwise w/ a big fridge. It was so wonderful to have a fenced yard for our dog. The house has everything you need, but is still uncluttered, spacious, and a great price. A couple of previous reviewers appear to have complained about small issues that only arose because they chose to book this excellent value, no frills accom then expected something else - if you need specific additional amenities you can book and pay for a fancier place that offers them. I grew up a local and now visit the island many times a year often staying at different airbnbs and can say this will be my go to from now on. I will definitely be returning to Kingfisher ASAP as we adored it 🙏 - Pariss & Adrian, brisbane qld

Ok firstly, the staff at Ray White were very god and very responsive, however they clearly do NOT communicate with the owner of the property. We paid for 4 nights , had NO Television from day one and whilst we not there to watch TV, we like a game of AFL or NRL in indigenous round but no TV and the guy from Ray white got us a rental TV and said "oh yes the owner is going to buy a new TV" . Maybe the owner should have invested before taking our money. NO hand wash NO dishwashing detergent NO complimentary shampoo, soap or conditioner Lawns not mowed our the back. Dog Poo on grass all over back yard which I had to pick up before I put my dog outside. Dimmer switch's don't work Light fittings missing No knobs on Range Hood No Instruction manual. No pillow cases on spare pillows Owner of this property should be spoken to by Ray White as it is their responsibility to sort this stuff out, I never leave bad reviews but these people taking money without any investment back into the house .

The position of the house is great. Unfortunately we were there the weekend of the heatwave. Very hot house with not much cross ventilation.
