The price and location were wonderful. However, the landscape and interior could benefit with small amounts of refurbishing.

This was the perfect place for our sister's week, close to several places, access to a beach within walking distance. Close to Lexington for local dining. It was a quiet area, the house which was quite large felt cozy with a cottage feel. We had everything that we needed. and still had room for our items. The closets were stocked with extra items that we might have needed. Everything worked as it should. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

We had an awesome family vacation at this lake house. We rent in Lexington every year and would definitely rent here again if available for our next reunion! Super close to a cute beach.
