Property: yes Host: no. My wife is from Bogota and has family there, so we visit a couple times a year. Second time renting this property - first time hosted by Silvio. The first visit was the whole month of May, 2021. Second visit was for 10 days in October, hosted by Silvio. The property itself is 5 stars. Location, convenience, cleanliness, value: all good. It's like an apartment building with the added amenities of a hotel. Hotel staff are good, especially the guy at night who does the drinks and snacks. My only issues (and I have issues!) are with the host. First, the listing was for a two bedroom apartment. We wanted 2 bedrooms because we would have family visit for one night (out of 10), same as in May. We were given a one bedroom apartment with the single bedroom down a steep and narrow scary staircase. It was a fight to get the apartment changed (had to get AirBnb involved), and didn't happen until late on the second day. Silvio did not respond to calls or texts for almost 24 hours. Silvio didn't want to give a two bedroom apartment since we are only 2 people. AirBnb intervened, and the room change was done. Compensation of the cost of the first night's stay was suggested, which I felt was fair. However Silvio became quite nasty. First he said there would not be any further cleaning, towels or linen changes. Then he wanted to be paid to replace a set of sheets that had a small, easily laundered stain. (OK, give me the sheets to keep and the receipt for buying new ones.. oops they're in the laundry). Then he wanted extra $ for having my wife's mom and nieces stay for one night. Finally I gave up and told AirBnb I don't want any compensation, I just don't want to deal with Silvio anymore. You probably won't enjoy dealing with Silvio either. I don't know the exact relationship between Silvio and the property. I know for the first rental in May, the host was a hotel employee and all was good. I don't know if the October stay would have been better with a different host or booking directly with Apartamentos Facile. I certainly won't deal with Silvio again but I might give the property another chance.

Pésimo su servicio, no pones la cara para este servicio, no hay una parte responsable directamente Pésimo establecimiento para hospedarse, no es lo que uno adquiere, al llegar al edificio la recepción indica que el apartamento no está disponible y en mi caso tome apto con dos habitaciones y a la llegada indican que debo tomar dos apartamentos independientes tipo loft o me sugieren trasladarme a otro edificio lo cual es sospechoso y muy peligroso Terrible establishment to stay, it is not what one acquires, when arriving at the building the reception indicates that the apartment is not available and in my case I took an apartment with two rooms and upon arrival they indicated that I should take two independent loft-type apartments or they suggest me to move to another building which is suspicious and very dangerous

El apartamento es muy moderno, agradable, cómodo y limpio. Deficiente en la dotación de la cocina, como vajilla y algunos elementos esenciales y en artículos de aseo que se encuentran generalmente en los Airbnb. La ubicación es muy buena y muy tranquilo el lugar.
