Great location. A little noisy at night due to being close to a hospital. Very responsive landlord. Extremely clean and loved the layout.

(Coastal Vacation Properties did provide customer support with our situation). My family booked the entire unit (both upstairs and downstairs. When we arrived, the bottom unit AC was not working, we also found significant mold in the bathroom. In addition, the overall cleanliness was sub par - we saw stains, dirty sheets, hair, etc. For the evening our group slept together in the upper unit since we needed AC in July to sleep. With help of support, we decided to move out the next day (instead of staying our planned 5 nights). Coastal Vacation Properties provided a refund for the remaining nights so we were able to book a new place for the remainder of our trip. I am hopeful they have made the necessary repairs and cleaned thoroughly.

The property was in great condition for an older house with unique charm and it's in a convenient location to get in and out of Downtown Charleston to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay for our long weekend - 10 adults with plenty of space. Walkable to the main bars, attractions. Incredibly responsive and flexible with check in and out. Would absolutely recommend for larger groups visiting Charleston.

This property was perfect for our crew! The 6 bedrooms fit everyone perfectly and we loved having both A&B units. It’s close to King street, which was great!
