离川口站不远，步行10分钟，房东很热情～隔音不太行，睡觉容易醒的朋友要注意。各种说明要是能加上中文就更好了～

地點離地鐵站如果行會有點遠 夜晚好靜條街冇乜人 容易有蚊蟲走入屋 尤其落雨天 Airbnb 唔算新 但都幾乾淨 另外 Airbnb主人很好 廁所盞燈燒左好快就幫我哋換 最後一日走仲特登車我哋去地鐵站 有咩問題搵佢都好快回覆

Emiko’s place was good to stay and walkable (10-15mins) from station. It is also next to a Lawson which is good for late night snacks. However check-in instructions were excessive and unclear. Photos and signages weren’t clear which apartment we had to check in to as they operate many others in the same apartment block. There were also many restrictions and rules given the apartment block is shared with local residents so guests must be extra considerate.

Emiko is thoughtful, generous and responsive. Living here made me feel like staying at home. All provided amenities are more than enough. I love that she also provided pocket wifi which made our family happy not to concern about internet shortage while going outside. The environment around here is peaceful. There is also a small park with some cherry blossom trees nearby. Lawson is literally next to the building. There are also other convenient stores nearby. You will never be starved here! The location is walkable from metro station. For me, it took around 13-15 minutes. Only thing that you may concern is it takes like 30-40 minutes to the center of city. Other than that this place is perfect! I totally recommended this place for everyone. :)

The place had all of the listed amenities and was in a good, quiet location. Emiko was proactive and would explain things clearly and would respond quickly whenever I contacted her. The way that the amenities and supplies were laid out and self-serve allowed for maximum privacy while still allowing access to things like cleaning tools which you don’t travel with. Overall, great stay and I would recommend if you are seeking a place in the suburbs of the greater Tokyo area.
