别墅是业主的原始住宅，现在是农场首屈一指的住宿设施，设有5间卧室和3间卫生间，最多可入住16位房客。配备2个起居区、1个舒适的阅览区和1间会议室，最多可容纳12人。它位于房源正门后方，位于费尔恩湖水面上方的安静山脊上。小屋设有活动场所，因此仅在淡季列出。在您住宿期间没有安排任何活动！距离市区仅7-8分钟路程！ 1号卧室配有标准双人床。卧室2配备1张标准双人床和1张单人床。 3号卧室配有一张标准双人床。 4号卧室有一张标准双人床。 5号卧室有4张单人床（ 2个双层床）。有一个公共区域，有一张可供标准双人入住的沙发，还有一个额外的双人床的阅读角。小屋也是一个活动场所，面积为3000平方英尺。为了方便起见，欢迎您使用，但如果您在房源内举办活动，我们必须通知我们，在某些情况下可能会收取额外费用。如果提前告知我们，您不能举办活动，也可以将您赶出房源。由于这个「活动空间」，小屋在旺季不可预订。

Our friend group enjoyed our stay here every time. It is spacious, clean, and comfy. It feels a little like coming home again upon arrival.

The home was well thought out. Loved it had 3 levels. Worked well with 3 families and 7 children. Everyone had plenty of space and room for the kids to play. The event center was great for the kids to play in with the colder weather. Also loved having the conference room for games and crafts for the kids.

Fantastic. Secluded but spacious and welcoming. The house held 12 people total with no issues whatsoever. I wish it wouldn’t have rained one day because we could explored more. The fireplace was prepped and ready to go which was an awesome little touch. Overall, if I mind myself back in this neck of the woods with a large party of folks it’ll be the first place I look for. Absolute must for large families or groups. Won’t be disappointed! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is an absolutely beautiful location with plenty of room and amenities. Seeing all the wildlife and sitting around the fire on the back patio made the trip for us. Thank you again!!
