The apartment is nice and new. It is very quiet and fairly close to Bruges. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned well and we found trash inside. For this reason, we were not satisfied and the value for money was low.

Las camas no estaban hechas, hace muchísimo frío y la calefacción no calienta. No podemos entrar hasta las 15 y no hay lugar para dejar las maletas. Él hotel ibis de al lado nos dió ese servicio gratis. Este alojamiento no respondió. No tiene toallas, ni siquiera de mano.

Très bon séjour à Holiday Suites. Une très bonne réactivité même un 31 décembre (nous n’avions pas reçu le mail indiquant le code d’entrée, mais la dame au téléphone a de suite réagi) Nous n’avions pas de serviettes dans le logement, mais la femme de ménage très gentille nous en a fournit très rapidement. C’est un bel endroit, les logements sont spacieux et calmes, la vue sur le lac est belle. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Great location but a few things could have been better. The gate instructions aren’t that clear. The outer camp has no relation at all to the apartments and can’t help with any issues. The host didn’t respond quickly to issues (we had no towels or kitchen kit left), so nothing was resolved until the next afternoon. Apartment could have been better kitted out kitchen wise as it was very difficult to cook a proper meal in there with crockery and pans provided. Beds being made would have been nice as the amount of plastic everything was wrapped in was unnecessary
