The accommodation was adequate for our needs. I would have loved if the residence had an outside area to sit and drink my morning coffee and be out of the rain. My grandson would have loved to have the wifi, but unfortunately it didn't work while we were there. Good communication and service by the organizer.

Thank you so much for re-locating us after the unavailability of the original property at such short notice… great location and very clean and comfortable place. Only issue was getting onto Wifi which didn’t get resolved

Our initial check-in was hectic with the threat of someone lurking in the apartment that had bolted the door shut and left cigarettes and used beer bottles in our bathroom. The person managing the property that night (wasn't the owner) was lovely and made all attempts to make us feel safe. In the description is a bathroom, which you have to leave the apartment to enter, it does not have a working lock on the door, this bathroom was not clean upon arrival and after complaint was cleaned the next day, although could be used by other guests who had access so we couldn't leave our belongings in their. The apartment is large and can accommodate a lot of people, If there are guests in the down stairs apartments you can hear every conversation they are having and it is impossible to sleep, the other guests smoking in the down stairs apartment could be smelt from our apartment. The apartment offers a large living area that hadn't been swept or moped and made our feet black after the first night, there was a dirty panty liner stuck behind the door of a bedroom, used dirty tissues as well as months or years worth of dirt and dust under the beds. Mouse poo was found all over the apartment, especially in the bedrooms and ants covered the counter tops, even on clean dishes every morning. The apartment offers a full kitchen, working oven and fridge, the fridge had stains and dropped food from previous tenants and the pots were unsafe to use due to the lining being scratched from past use. The utensils where dirty and had cracks in them. After contacting the host the bathroom alone was cleaned. If you need a large area and perfect location as well as comfy beds and a nice shower for your stay in Pirie, if you can over look the rest this is for you. We wont be coming back.

Great location, close to shops. For an old building, it was nice, tidy, & cosy with plenty of room to move, even if you’re a large family. Will definitely be back & looking forward to it!
