This property is in a beautiful location, backing onto the beach, but the lack of ammenities feels a little "mean" in a beautiful property such as this. Missing out on basics such as coffee, olive oil and beach towels (why wouldn't you have beach towels instead of thin cheap white towels when you back onto the beach?) is really annoying. Also, it's a small complaint, but the soaps we're cheap little motel numbers, that are a bit rude when you're staying in an expensive property. The access to the beach is ace, and the location is excellent.

Incredible views of the ocean and beach from the chairs at the top of the hill. Saw whales and dolphins every day. Surf was nice for young kids the week were there and the house was perfect for a family. Kitchen was great and worked well. Only thing is there are stairs leading from the house up to the chairs and then from there another set of stone steps without handrails down to the beach so access would be difficult for small children or elderly. Byron was close (less than 5 mins drive), the farm also very close and the treehouse is walking distance for drinks and food. Belongil was so relaxing and not crowded at all. It was a perfect spot and we will be back!

Great little beach house. Great location, well appointed and peaceful. Very enjoyable.
