Humus is a great place to stay, out in the countryside with little distraction. It's an oasis of calm and green in the dry hot Portuguese summer. Ana & Bruno are so very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and comfortable through out. They made us a lovely meal one evening we felt like part of the family. We have 2 kids who loved playing in the pool and at the various games, they were well catered for. It's a perfect family getaway. Couldn't recommend it more. As it's a great escape, there is v little to see locally but the beaches around Setubal are glorious, about 30min drive, just to the west of Setubal or a ferry ride from Setubal to Troia for more lovely beaches.

Super schöne Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber Bruno und Ana sind ein Unikat, selten haben wir solch gute Gastgeber gehabt. Jeden Morgen werden frische Brötchen oder Brot mit hauseigenen Obst, einer Marmelade und Tee vor die Haustüre gestellt. Seit neustem gibt es auch einen Foodtruck welcher auf Reservierung von Bruno und Ana bewirtschaftet wird. Absolut zu empfehlen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ana and Bruno are wonderful hosts. We felt like we were visiting family, everything was perfect, the pool, the space, the calm of the area. The morning baskets which were brought to the door each morning were a perfect little extra! The welcome basket with fresh fruit also. Very kid friendly as there are things to do always. Some nice road side restaurants nearby. Everything is there if you prefer to make your own meals. We will miss the wonderful 3 days we have spent at the Humus Farm and look forward to coming again.

Trois jours à la ferme humus avec nos enfants en avril. il y a plein d'activités pour eux sur place, baby-foot, basket, ping pong et trampoline. Nous n'avons juste pas pu profiter de la piscine exterieure encore trop froide. Le gite est en pleine campagne dans les Vignes mais on accède facilement en voiture aux villes environnantes. Il y a quelques bruits extérieurs, train, chien et coq mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute et Anna nous avait prévu des fruits et une bouteille de vin lors de notre arrivée, sans oublier le pain et la confiture tous les matins.
