Barbara was a great host. Really the only issue was that the address provided was not the correct address for the property but an address that was on the outskirts of town. We had to wait there for 15 minutes before the host reached out with correct location which is in a wonderful spot right next to piazza Roma. Also just FYI hosts English is limited which is normal for the town of Bojano so hopefully you speak Italian or have an Italian speaker to help otherwise check in will be much more difficult. The apartment itself is a three story walk up and it is absolutely gorgeous. 3 bed, 2 bath with Mountain View’s on both side. Perfect location for the town of Bojano and surrounding areas. Host is very responsive and accommodating and even brought us unexpected cookies during our stay from a local bakery! Kids loved those! Would recommend with the above in mind.

Beautiful, very clean and spacious. Communication was not great. Host did not respond to my date change request and modifications before my arrival creating much confusion with Barbara. We followed the address provided on the listing and it took us to the wrong location. The host did send someone to get us. The town of Bojano is lovely and lively. There was a lot of street noise at night which may be an issue for some. We were provided with lovely breakfast and daily cleaning. Elena, the lady that greeted us was wonderful and very accommodating.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Bojano. Nice, clean, NEW. Host did not speak English so check is was a bit complicated with confusion about the address. Top floor, be prepared to haul luggage up. Amenities noted a washing machine which was not there. All in all great place and I'd stay there again.

Great location in city center. The wifi was very weak but overall our stay was great. if you stay in this Airbnb, only a short drive to a great steak house called "Why Not?.

Unfortunately we cannot give any stars, so no reference for the apartment of Vista sui Monti, because we never stayed at the apartment shown in the advertisement on Airbnb. The host gave us a substitute apartment which could have been a nice replacement if it had been finished, had WiFi, air-conditioning and a working elevator. Unfortunately it had no WiFi, no Airconditioning (it was more than 30 degrees and we were on the top floor) and we were not informed by this host beforehand. The first night we had a leackage of the roof. For which kindly enough the host offers us dinner. Only we never received any dinner. Furthermore on our last night gas alarm went off. We informed the owner but he did not respond at all. So we had to call the fire department. They evacuated the building to make sure there was no gas of carbon dioxide. The fire department found it not save enough to return to the apartment with the gas connected. So they shut of the gas and we could not shower of cook anymore. We tried to communicate with the host (C.G.) about all of this and suggest he compensated us. But the host hardly reacted on our messages via AirBnb or WhatsApp. That we did not speak Italian and the host no English did not help. We are sorry how things went and really wanted to solve this problem with the host. But never knew who C.G. was and we did not felt heard and certainly not helped by him or her. The town of Bojano and surrounding is very nice.
