Amazing city centre location and great views! Generally clean and welcoming - comfortable beds, good towels and nice living spaces. Was being redecorated, so heavy paint smell initially; and some noise late at night from the street. Fairly expensive, but was a rugby international weekend, so not at all surprised. Overall a lovely experience and would use again.

The location of this property is great. The 89 stairs to get to the property is not ideal. The listing said 4 flights of stairs but these are not your typical flights of stairs. The property was very cold when we arrived and it took 24 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The windows are very drafty. So drafty that you could see the window treatments blowing. The place needs some updating and maintenance. The rug in the living room was peeling up from some sort of tacky tape, the furniture is worn out and dingy and there was some sort of leak in one of the bathrooms causing a brown stain on the floor. We found long dark hairs in the sheets in both beds and both of us have blonde hair. It was incredibly noisy (even being 4 floors up) until the clubs/bars closed at 3am. We got very little sleep. Overall not a great experience for us.
