The location is perfect for a quiet, private stay near the beach. The pools were wonderful, the patio jungle view is great for watching sunsets, the walking/running path is just out the front door, & there is a gym & a market (with basics) right downstairs. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for an extended (1 month) stay. Andrea was really helpful with anything we needed, including transportation recommendations. A few notes: 1. Be prepared to cook as the dinning options are very minimal (also, advisable to stop at a grocery store in town before arrival). 2. The security is a very nice feature at the property but be ready to tell the guards which location you are staying & your apartment number (in Spanish) - we were asked almost daily as we moved about the property. 3. The facial recognition cameras can be picky so make sure you can communicate (in Spanish) with the concierge if needed. Overall, loved it, it was an excellent stay & we would gladly return!

Important to note: there is a limit to the air conditioning, there is no Uber delivery to this address and the arrival address is confusing for transport drivers (in our experience). Good for local Mexican travelers or those that want complete isolation with resort amenities without the food and beverage aspects.

This is our second stay here - we absolutely love it. It’s so peaceful and quiet, and the beach is also so private. The jungle view from the porch is so beautiful. Perfect place to unwind. We learned a few things that might be helpful to other guests: There are a few good options when the beach club is closed. A local taqueria will deliver to La Amada (Taqueria Bonampak), you need to know some Spanish to call and order but they are patient. Also, a place called Flamingos is very close and has great seafood. You can get an Uber there for cheap. The cabs they call you at the security desk are very expensive, so it’s best to find another option for a cab (Uber worked fine for us). Uber Eats will also deliver groceries if you run out. We heard it isn’t a good idea to take Uber to/from the airport, but both times we scheduled a pickup with the airbnb which worked perfectly.

Beautiful spot in Cancun away from all the tourists and crowded places. Great amenities with a great gym, pool and beach club. Only thing to note when going is the food options are limited around so plan on having food to cook meals or have a car to drive to other spots the beach club was closed on Tuesday. All and all great hidden gem!
