Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft verbracht und konnten die tollen Fahrräder benutzen, vielen Dank hierfür, eine klare Empfehlung für die Unterkunft und Corine.

Madam Corine je velmi milá a vstřícná ubytovatelka, která se umí o své hosty postarat. Pokoj "Vanilla", kde jsme bydleli je v příjemných teplých a optimistických barvách. Na pokoji jsme měli přichystané láhve s vodou a chutné pralinky. V kuchyni jsme měli na snídaně nachystané briošky a koláč, v lednici plechovky s nápoji a dvě piva!!! ☺ Kuchyň je vybavena vším, co běžný cestovatel potřebuje. Z kuchyně i z pokoje jsou vstupy na příjemné terásky s hezkým výhledem, kde se dá snídat i relaxovat, pokud vyjde čas ☺. Madam Corine má pro hosty dokonce přichystaných 6 bicyklů a k nim i brašny na zavěšení a cyklistická ponča. Vřele doporučujeme půjčit si kola a poznat okolí (včetně středověké vesničky Damme). Také je přichystáno množství materiálu o nejbližších obchodech, restauracích a památkách, které stojí za návštěvu. Moc se nám tam líbilo a moc rádi se k ní vrátíme!!! Ještě jednou děkujeme, madam Corine!!!

Corine’s place was fantastic! She made us feel right at home, her place is so tastefully decorated and comfortable, we didn’t want to ever leave!! Many nice touches throughout. The kitchen was stocked with some breakfast breads and cereals, milk and juice, coffee and tea (and Belgian beer). The patio off our room was a very pleasant place to read and have a drink. Bathroom was modern and bed was very comfortable. We were invited to use the bikes, which we did. Corine’s place is only 2 blocks from a lovely bike trail that winds past windmills and canals. Corine also told us about a Heritage Festival that was taking place that weekend, celebrating their Viking heritage, and recommended some great restaurants nearby which we enjoyed. Overall, this place deserves 5+++ stars!!

My wife and me, we are a couple at 30´s that appreciates pleasant and beautiful places. We have been in the Orchide apartment for 3 nights during Easter time, 2024. It is a very nice, confortable, spacious, well-aromatic, clean, well-decorated room. It has a nice and beautiful wide window, with a good curtain, very confortable bed, good quality bed and bath linen. The bathroon is inside the room and is very confortable, well-equiped, decorated and clean. Shared kitchen with all necessaries items, including nice wine glasses. The place offers good quality bikes, already included in the rental price. We were very well welcomed by Corine who gave us easy, useful and nice instruction. She was very attentive, clear and quick in all communication. Moreover, she gave us good recommandations for restaurants. I strongly recommend to be in Corine´s place. For sure, it is a good price for what it offers.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just a short walk into the centre. The room was cosy and bright with a gorgeous terrace with views over the rooftops. Nicely furnished, very clean with a modern ensuite bathroom with a great shower! There was a small kitchenette for the use of guests which was next door to our room but we were not disturbed by any noise and Corine had even thought about noise from the stairs/landing as our room had a double entry door to help prevent noise transfer. Thoughtful details like naming the rooms (ours was Vanilla) & having scented candles to echo the name, beers in the fridge for our arrival and bottled water, chocolates & a mini waffle in our room were all very much appreciated! Corine was a very helpful host and always on hand to give advice. She also has bicycles you can use during your stay which was a great addition and one that we enjoyed to cycle along the canals & outside of the usual tourist areas. Would definitely recommend!
