Steps from the beach, what lacks in view is made-up in cleanliness! Host went out of the way to ensure a home-away-from-home experience. With only two of us staying, the master bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. This rental may be a bit small at full occupancy, but otherwise very nice!

The condo was very nice. Only a few things the cleaning crew should have done before we arrived such as making sure the pots and pans were clean ( found one pan greasy), also one pillow sham had what looked like a blood stain on it and one pillow in master bedroom had two old stains on it. Otherwise it was spotless. Was very disappointed in not having the pool available due to a broken pool pump. I know things can happen but when we acquired about it and asked of possible discount we were told the manager will get back to us the next day. Never heard a word about it. We always book condo/beach house with pool because we love to swim in pool and sit at the ocean. The communication was not there for us.

Great beach condo! We loved the complex and its proximity to the beach and amenities. Spacious condo was enough for our group of 7. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach. Also close to the pier and a few restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caswell Beach/Oak Island. Our accommodations were awesome! It was very clean and had some wonderful views of the ocean while enjoying our morning coffee from the balcony. My wife really enjoyed the very short walk to the beach! I highly recommend staying here!!

Our family had such a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful. We would definitely come back again.
