The condo is spacious, well decorated, and in the PERFECT location. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next summer. Be aware you only get 2 parking passes at check-in and they do tow cars without them daily, but the rental company was extremely helpful and got us 2 additional passes the same day we called.

My family had never been to OKI before and we had such a fantastic time at Caswell Beach in this villa. This unit had a shower right under our unit so beach clean up was a breeze and the beach access is right across from the building, making for a perfect spot (especially for those with kids). There was not an elevator but this unit is first floor, so there was only one set of steps. We will be back for sure.

I’ll start with the positives about this place. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and very very close to beach access. The beach view is great and it’s even closer than the photos show. The kitchen is well stocked, having a washer dryer was nice, and the balcony is big. The sheets and towels were clean and nicely packaged by launderers. The negative about this place is the property management company. The check in checkout time is not accurate. Check out is at 9 and check in is as late at 6pm. I had to call them at 5:55pm to get a code to get in. They’ll send you lots of emails with lots of papers to sign(more than any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at) and tell you someone will come in during your stay to change HVAC filters (which never did happen but always wondered if someone was going to knock during my kids naps).
