If you are traveling with a large family, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better value and better space to stay in the Irvine area. The house is massive with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, which is great if you are traveling with friends or coworkers. The lower level bathroom is a common bathroom, but is still a full bathroom. The home was nicely furnished and had everything we needed (we did not cook or use the kitchen). There aren't many things out for kids to break, which is great if you are traveling with young children. The house was clean, bathrooms and all counters were spotless, the bedding is spartan but clean. Mattresses were comfortable and I slept well. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and lots of walking paths available. Playgrounds are also scattered throughout the neighborhood and there is a large pool area (we did not use). One downside is that there is no walkable retail, but there is a shopping center a 5 minute drive away which has food and groceries available. Accessibility to the 5 is good; just a short 10 minute drive to the 5. There were some minor snags with regards to housekeeping that prevented this from being a 5-star ("perfect") stay for me, but I would not hesitate to book again and would love to head back with my family.
