Great host and relaxing location close to beach great restaurants and the train. Emiliano was super thoughtful to have a welcoming treat for us and our kids . Very sweet .

House is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Good beds and linens. Good bathrooms. Kitchen slightly lacking some surfaces, but no deductions on that, as it was well stocked with all base things you could need - looks like rarer and rarer situation these days. Enough space for 5. Outside large garden and nice outside sitting area. Very good stay we had. Thankful to our host, and would love to repeat

I had a wonderful time staying there with my parents. The house was spacious for the three of us. We loved the large yard and enjoyed breakfast on the patio in the mornings. The biking and walking trail is only a few blocks away, and local coffee shops and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk from the house. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Emiliana’s place. We were a family of 5 plus a baby and this house had a enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We were in Fregene during the slow season so a lot was closed on the beach but we toured Ostia Antica and Rome. They had a beautiful welcome package full of goodies when we arrived and the house had all of the amenities you would need to be comfortable. Would highly recommend her place:)
