Fantastic location for what we needed, right up from Grand Park. It made it so easy to get to games. Nice area, big yard. Couple minor issues but overall worked out wonderfully for our group. I would recommend!

The house is worn but it is spacious. Two bedrooms are on the main floor. Three are upstairs. One of the three is isolated from the others - it has its own staircase. The family room is large. There are three doors to the outside which enables a crowd to enter and exit without waiting or bumping into each other. The yard is large and nicely tended. Even though the driveway and parking is shared with a business (i.e. other cars and trucks), there is still plenty of room to park. The large picnic bench is broken. Fortunately no-one fell because the bench flipped. The one and only television didn't work for us. I tried calling the host but she never got back to me. Fortunately I had a hard drive with movies that we were able to hook up to the TV so we were able to watch movies. We missed being able to watch the sporting events that took place when we were there. Overall it sufficed.

The home was clean and cozy. Our stay from start to finish was enjoyable.

The hosts were great and easy to work with! The location was perfect for our event and our students were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to spend at the house honestly.

Had a great stay, the yard was huge and great for outdoor games and a reunion with friends!
