Matthias is extremely welcoming and helpful. was very responsive as I had a few questions before our trip. Was more than happy to accommodate a late check-in as our flight was delayed. Gave a brief tour and left a lovely bottle of wine for us when we arrived. He is available to answer any questions or provide any assistance with amenities or directions(he offered extra chairs for the patio as he saw we had friends with us one day). Overall this is a peaceful and private venue with a very gracious host. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Venlo.

Matthias hat mich persönlich empfangen und mir gleich alles erklärt. Er ist äußerst nett und hatte hilfreiche Tipps. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich den bereitgestellten Traubensaft und die Flasche Wasser. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und für meinen Kurztrip perfekt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

I can recommend this apartment to everyone for short and long stay aswell. Everything went well in the 2 months I stayed here. Matthias is a friendly and great host, who answers to any questions and helps as soon as he can. He also made sure that everything is going well and that I'm happy about my stay. I was able to checkin whenever I wanted and the way for it was well communicated. After the checkin Matthias showed me around the city and gave some tips, and provided a bike for me. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped.

not a hygiënic place. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned after the person before me stayed overnight. Hairs in the shower/wall. Sticky stair handle. A strong scent of sweat in the blankets/pillow and in the whole house. Having the windows open didn't help at all
