房子位置非常好，去海边只用步行几分钟，购物就餐都特别方便，但遗憾的是入住时空调和洗衣机坏掉了，临街的位置开窗睡会吵，没有空调不开窗会热，两晚睡的睡的不太好，房东对此表达了歉意，送了红酒和零食作为礼物，也留言告知并愿意帮我们洗衣服，对此服务很满意，总体来说满意的。
Great location and set up!
We just had an incredible stay here! The apartment was in a great location and easy to get to everything! The hosts were incredible and thoughtful. Our flight was delayed, and we came in to a delicious loaf of bread, with some beverages for us and the kids as well as so sweet treats! Extremely thoughtful! The apartment was full of light and was so thoughtfully designed! We were only there 2 nights, but wished we had more time!
My two girlfriends and I had the most enjoyable stay at Residentas. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in the perfect central spot for walking Lisbon and enjoying restaurants and shopping. The Residentas team was excellent with communication as our flight was delayed 24 hours and they made check in quick and easy. Highly recommend!
The cost-effectiveness is very high, with famous coffee shops and churches nearby, and other famous attractions can be reached within a 20 minute walk.
