Great property and lots of space. Multiple places to sit relax and catch up with friends poolside / common area / patio .. we all had a great time. It was also a quiet and peaceful. Costanza responded timely and was flexible to help us with late checkout and other requests. What could be better: One bedroom on the right side as you enter seemed to have a smell and mosquitoes. Other rooms were fine. The jacuzzi could be improved a bit more with better jets and a cover to avoid debris from the tree right above. All in all this was a great trip for our party and the property and service offered contributed to the experience.

We had a group of 12 women at the beautiful Villa Vida and we couldn’t have been happier. I reviewed upwards of 100 rentals before deciding on this one. The house was just as described and perfect for our group as it allowed lots of spaces for togetherness and also space for quiet downtime. What stands out other than the house itself was 1) Constanza’s communication and responsiveness. From the point of booking, through to check out she was always available, flexible, friendly and responsive. This meant so much to me as the organizer of this trips. 2) Constanza connected me to masseuses for in house massages and to Chef Silva who arranged our airport transfers, a welcome taco night, private poolside bartender, grocery delivery and a final dinner that was exceptional. He and his team delivered exceptional customer service and they made our trip perfect. Thank you Constanza for recommending him to us!

We had a family vacation here and everything was as described in the listing. Large and spacious home with beautiful views. More than enough room for all of us. Constanza was always willing the heat the jacuzzi for us while we were there, and we used it daily. We rented a car because although there are a few places that you can walk to, getting to the main part of San Jose or a swimming beach requires transportation. But you can definitely stay without a car if you want to use the services that Camila and Constanza provide, such as a private chef which we had one of the nights (amazing!), grocery delivery, etc. The home is on a quiet street and is very private with a gated entrance. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us coordinate a last minute boat cruise. They were always ready and willing to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great time
