Nova Team was very helpfull and welcoming. The place was beautiful, clean and we were very satisfied on our one night stay. The closed bridge on the way from the airport was a complication in our arrival by public transport, by bolt service was much easier. The noise of the airport might be disturbing for someone but we can handle it. Thank you for everything. Recommended.

The home was lovely and the hosts were friendly. Everything was clean when we arrived and although there was a slight issue with previous guests, the hosts were quick to resolve it and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast for the first few days were provided and we were given free use of the bikes. There is unfortunately construction going on, so the walk to the nearest bus stop is quite a trek. Nonetheless, the hosts provided us with ample directions and we would definitely stay here again if we came to amsterdam!

hosts were kind to let us in at 10.20pm though the details were not clear to find the locker box and the entrance. the listings also mentions in premise parking but there is not one. I had misunderstood it as a 2 day booking while it was actually a 1 day booking. we were out to the city for aight seeing. the hosts were kind enough pack our stuff into our bags and informed us as they had another booking for the following night. we could go and collect the bags hassle free.
