Basically you get what you paid for. Nice new bathroom, kitchen was missing dish towel and floor was kind of dusty. The place has two balconies that you can use to dry your clothes only due to the loud neigbhours chimney of some kind. Apart from issues mentioned above I would say overall I was satisfied.

Really nice and cozy place that is really close to the beach (like 2 min of walk). Everybody was really helpful and communicative!

Eine schöne praktische Wohnung, optimal gelegen zum Strand und die Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Man bekommt bei Fragen auch sehr gute Hilfestellung. Optimales Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
