Zou was really responsive to all my messages and requests. The airbnb looked as described and neighbours are quiet too. The location was great for someone looking for good, trendy and unique food/coffee/vintage stores. If you are planning to be hitting the main tourist spots it may be a little further out to commute but the train station is near so should not benefit an issue. Something I found could be improved was the provision of thicker blankets for guests as we paid an additional amount for a friend to stay over but the linen was so thin that it was difficult to sleep in the cold. There was also no laundry detergent or enough toilet paper for the stay. I found that the heater in the bedroom was very warm but the heating outside was less. There are no lifts and several flights of stairs so will be difficult for those who have heavy luggage.

Very nice flat, convenient, spacious and clean on a quiet street. Zou was very responsive.

Really enjoyed the stay! The place was very clean and cute! It even looked better than the online photos. The host is friendly and easy to communicate. I also really like the location- a lot of walkable restaurants and local shops but still quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Apartamento muito soalheiro, muita luz, simpática varanda. O espaço é agradável e acolhedor. Tem o que é necessário para uma estadia curta, cozinha equipada e alguns ingredientes disponíveis (sal, azeite, chá) o que foi simpático. O bairro não é bonito mas está muito perto de transportes e de supermercado. Dá para ir a pé à tower bridge e bricklane market. Para nós foi uma boa escolha para uma família de 3 pessoas (1 adolescente). o único senão foram os colchões e o facto de não haver estor na sala e portanto não haver forma de controlar a entrada de luz. Mas ainda assim recomendamos imenso.
