Eric (& his assistant) could not have been more wonderful! Both timely & responsive from start to finish, they made sure our girls' trip truly went off without a hitch. They arranged drivers for us, made a grocery run in advance & had a topnotch cleaning staff. The housing setup is unique & was slightly confusing at first but overall the layout for such a large group perfectly suited everyone's needs. We had the time of our lives staying at Eric's property in Sayulita & we highly recommend you do too!

Erick´s place is very well located in a nice gated comunity just a couple meters from the beach. It has its own beach access and pool. The house is very well maintained and cleaned daily. Its also a walking distance from everything. Erick is a great host that helped me organize my arrival and departure from Puerto Vallarta Airport with a nice private shuttle, as well as other things. I would definitely be back in the future.

Stayed at Eric's place with a group of 14. Very cool units, we had a great time. Eric was extremely prompt in communication and getting information and checking in was easy. Someone was always nearby to help us out. The property is really nice; modern and comfortable. It's divided into 8 separate units. This was perfect for our group. Location is excellent, short stroll to a good part of the Sayulita beach. Highly recommend this place. Only thing to note is there are quiet hours after 11. This is great when you are trying to sleep, but as there is no large indoor common area the only option for hanging out in a large group is outside on the patio. This wasn't too much of an issue but it did mean even just casually talking in a large group after 11 was difficult.

If you're considering the rental, just go for it! There were a few small hiccups here and there but the onsite host (Noah) was super helpful and responsive. The unit has everything you need and more, and it's just a stunner. So pretty. And absolutely perfect for a large group. A/C and bathrooms in each room made things so much more comfortable for our group. And the bottled water dispensers were so convenient (just bring a reusable water bottle, no need to load up on water at the market). Phenomenal location too, close to everything you need.

Excelente ubicación. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño propio. Muy limpio y cómodo y el anfitrión atiende las necesidades inmediatamente. Muy recomendable
