처음에 숙소에 도착했을 때는 1베드룸이 생각한 것보다 협소해서 다소 실망했지만 체류기간동안 온라인 인터넷 작업을 해야하는 본인으로서는 끊김없는 원활한 연결과 인터넷 속도가 매우 중요했었다. 그런데 정규 라인외에도 back up라인을 준비해서 다소 연결이 좋지 않은 상황에서 자동으로 넘어가서 체류기간동안 인터넷 연결상으로는 문제없이 업무에 임할 수 있었다. 그리고 41층 맨꼭대기 층이어서 베란다에서 내려다보는 View가 무척이나 인상 깊었고 오전 시간에 일하다가 머리를 식히기 위해서 Rooftop Swimmimg Pool을 자유롭고 편안하게 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았다. 이용자가 거의 없어서 개인 풀빌라처럼 사용할 수 있었다. 각종 주방기구가 완비되어 취사하기 편했고 세탁기도 편하게 이용할 수 있었다. 스팀다리미까지 구비되어 있어서 구겨진 옷도 편하게 다림질 할 수 있었다. 스마트키라서 콘도내 다른 방들처럼 굳이 열쇠를 갖고 다니지 않아서 편했다. 위치는 스타몰과 메가몰 등이 가까웠지만 길을 건너야돼서 신호를 조심해야 했다. 무엇보다도 인터넷 속도와 연결에 있어서 특급호텔 수준으로 유사시 백업 체제를 잘 갖추어서 업무에 차질이 없었던 점에서 업무상 출장자들에게 추천하고 싶다

Hate writing negative reviews, but this place just wasn’t what it was advertised as , very small and actually not a one bedroom (1 room with a glass door separating the bed). No comfortable place to eat. Horrible odor comes through the pipes from the garbage chute next-door. Ariel did her best to mitigate the problem, but it just wasn’t working.

This rental unit was pretty quiet and no trouble with noise while sleeping and good air conditioning that was not to noisy. Bed was comfortable and a nice size TV. The unit was clean and we appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and wine and also a complimentary cake. A new shower water heater was needed and it was repaired within one day. The kitchen is cramped with only one chair space at the counter but wasn’t a big problem. Also the unit and bathroom were clean but the under sink cabinet in the bathroom was bad smelling. Otherwise is was a great place to stay with a nice little balcony and great view.

We only have great things to say about Ariel’s place: excellent location, scenic views, friendly and helpful building security, a homey atmosphere, reliable facilities - everything we needed for a month-long stay (and more) was in this amazing place. My husband especially liked staying in the balcony. We also appreciate his warm welcome to our li’l family - complete with complimentary fruits and wine. This kind gesture and noticeable detail was indeed very thoughtful of the host. We highly recommend this place and wouldn’t mind considering it next time we’re on family vacay again in the Philippines.

Excellent stay. The proximity to Shangri La Mall and MegaMall + Star Mall combined for amazing location. The view from the balcony on the top floor is extraordinary. The A/C works well, building security is friendly, and Ariel was super responsive. Highly recommended, and I will stay here again the next time I want to stay in Mandaluyong.
