the few things I noticed was taken care of when requested. it was hard to regulate the temperature with the old thermostats on the wall and the air conditioner is in the top of the closer in the bedroom. other than that I enjoyed my stay. would have booked longer but someone beat me to it.

Stayed twice in Leo's managed properties, location was only good thing about both stays. Apartments are poorly furnished dumps. Utensils are limited, no coffee maker, old stinky sofas, and no place to sit and eat. Toilet backed up after only a couple of days. Had to leave after only four days. Leo did not want to be responsible with total refund, quickly wanted to change my reservation date so he didn't have to complete the contact of 16 days. Leo resides in CA, absentee manager, stayed in properties in NC. Do not recommend Leo managed properties. Properties don't meet standards of extended stay hotels. No more airbnb for me

Decent place, accurate description and pictures. Very private, a lot to do in the area.

Amazing host! Clean house , kitchen is full of pots and pans to cook ! Everything is just perfect!
