Cyrus is a wonderful person and a great host. His mom is also very sweet and kind. I truly enjoyed meeting them and staying at their home. My room and private bathroom were located on the second floor at the end of the hallway, which made for great privacy. I also had access to the kitchen and the beautiful yard. The house is conveniently located within walking distance/short drive from many amenities, and the surrounding environment is safe and quiet. I highly recommend Cyrus's place to other guests!

Cyrus and Rose are the sweetest hosts. I had a 2.5 month internship and It was very pleasant to stay with them. The location is perfect. I had to commute to Newport Beach and the drive was not terrible. The house is kept clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Rose is a great cook and if you like shrimp I suggest you ask her to make meygoo polo (persian shrimp/rice dish). I cannot recommend this host enough. He is very communicative and always positive. 5/5 stars! If I ever have to stay at a place in Orange County, it would be here.

Clean place. Simple to navigate to, check in is easy. Cyrus and his wife are accommodating hosts and they made me feel comfortable while staying in their home. Room was clean, bathroom had ample space, common areas were clean. Quiet neighborhood and overall a comfy stay.
