This place was up to date with appliances cozy nice high ceilings it met our approval and our sons great stay
Nick accommodated me and my family at the very last minute for a quick weekend trip. He was kind and he responded in a timely manner I was very pleased with the location.
Nick's place is a very nicely restored 1st floor apartment in an apparently early 1900's business establishment. With the high ceilings and high windows, letting in the light, it was airy and nicely decorated. It's in an old neighborhood, along the Main Street lined with quaint shops and cafes. Nick provided for all our needs, and we enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay, great location, and great host!

Dayton Kentucky is a small river town just across the river from Cincinnati. The location is super convenient and ideal to explore the local eateries, night life, events, and professional sporting events the city has to offer. Also, just minutes from the Newport Aquarium.
Public transportation is available for transit. Options include trollies, bike sharing station (few blocks away), or Uber/Lyft. If it's nice out, you can walk to downtown in 25mins.
