Wonderful hosts! Very considerate and communication was 100%. House was exactly as described and it had a homie feeling. I was impressed that the home was stocked with top quality paper and cleaning products, unlike all other Airbnb”a I’ve stayed at. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 big dogs. This area has top notch dog parks, a small one a couple blocks away and a couple with acres upon acres just a few miles further and an easy drive to get there. Great location to explore downtown Madison on foot or bicycle.

Madeleine is helpful and responsive and the house is adorable. And 6 stars for having the best balance of providing useful stuff while keeping the house free of clutter! I've stayed in a lot of places over the years and I've never had such a nice balance of empty space for all my stuff while being able to find whatever I needed. I wish I could give an overall five star review but there were a few things that weren't so great. At night the new building's tyvek flapped loudly each time there was a gust of wind - and most nights were windy. I have only mild knee issues and the uneven floors were manageable. Two steps at the front entrance should have been fine but these steps had no landing, no railing, a storm door to open while working the lockbox - very awkward. Also the washer/dryer turned out to be in the basement, and those steps are most definitely not friendly. The house is charming, the location and price great, but I will only stay again if my knees working perfectly

Host and Manager were very responsive and sounded genuine when speaking to them. The place is close to the college and is in a good location.

Madeleine and Natalie were very friendly and responsive. The location of this cottage is great. Close to everything in downtown Madison. There is construction next door right now but other than that, very private and quiet. Bathroom was very clean and renovated, but floors were not clean and sheets/pillows were old. But I told the hosts and they are fixing all of this for the next renters! They are very kind. Another thing to note, is that it is a older house, which is typical in Madison. It’s charming and has some updated features and decor, but has old uneven painting, uneven floors and ceilings. Had a window AC unit in the common area which we had at full blast loudly and fans in the bedrooms.
