Fantastic location. We unfortunately found the cleanliness lacking a little - dishes in the cupboards weren't very clean and the portacot was covered in thick dust (thankfully we had taken our own) and the place had a slight musty smell. The place has so much potential with a bit more care!

We loved our stay. The location was wonderful…easy access to Punakaiki and Truman track. The house itself was simple, but had what we needed. We loved playing games at the table with the fire going on chilly nights. Marcia was very responsive and friendly.

Stunning spot with plenty to do in the area. Short walk to the beach. House was just as pictured, very private, quiet and surrounded by bush and birdsong.

Marcia's bach was a gem, even nicer than the photos! We had a beautiful stay for 3 nights and lucked out with stunning weather. The location is really magic, so peaceful and nice with birdsong. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of staples in the kitchen. The fire made it cosy. And the short walk down Truman track to see the sunset was well worth it. only thing that could be improved is a fly screen over a couple windows, particularly in the bedrooms, so they can be opened a crack at night for ventilation without mosquito's coming in. We had 2 nights of partly restless sleep trying to catch a couple pesky mozzies! Otherwise everything was amazing and would come back. Tip, take a screenshot of the check-in instructions as you may not have mobile data or phone reception when you arrive.

Such a stunning spot - being surrounded by bush and bird song! Very spacious, great deck and the bath with a view was a real treat. Would highly recommend!
