Our stay was perfect! Myself and a few friends gathered to play board games and ring in the new year together. We got two nights so we could all have a long breakfast. The house is clean and in a remote corner of Hastings. They even had a 15ft tall, real Christmas tree. The ice machine was so effective that we never ran out, despite having 15 people using it for beverages. The place was clean, and any issues that existed, we were advised of and how to take care of (our hosts had a small thing come up with the furnace the day before we arrived and fixed it ASAP). Parrish contacted me a few times with tips about lights, remotes, etc. Cleaning procedures were clearly explained in a handy notebook and were not at all daunting. Would stay again.

Second time staying here. We love the separation of floors/rooms. The early to bed slept upstairs and the late nighters could hangout in the basement. Loved the Christmas decorations and that there was seating for everyone between the kitchen and living room.

I rented this Airbnb for the night of my wedding. To be a safe place to gather with our friends but instead We had the most horrific experience. Within two hours of arriving, This couple came to the house and started traumatizing everyone there. They verbally harassed my new wife and guests, kicked us all out at 1am, illegally went through our personal items, and called the police. The police stated that they’ve had trouble multiple times with these hosts in the past and the police confirmed we the renters did nothing wrong. My wedding night was ruined, Vanessa and Parrish are horrible people. I have no idea how Airbnb has allowed them to continue to host.

Our stay at Vanessa & Parrish’s place was great! It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The home and property were beautiful, it was clean and comfortable. Their home had everything we needed for a perfect weekend for a big group.
