What a dream! This farmhouse was truly wonderful. We were only here for 2 nights but really wished we could have stayed longer. More than enough space for our group of 3 and the pool was amazing after a very hot 2 weeks of traveling around during a heat wave. The relaxing atmosphere of the home and farm were just what we needed. The on-site caretaker, Catalin, was very helpful and provided us with an excellent restaurant recommendation in town. He was also very responsive with a couple of small issues that arose. We hope to come back again to spend more time!

The house is nice and big but not clean. There many different people staying or living in the two buildings on the property. They also use the pool. We were allowed to harvest vegetables from the garden and that was fabulous. There is no dishwasher in the house. Busy noisy street right next to the house. Brescello, the town of Don Camillo and Peppone is only a 10 minutes drive away. Many lovely restaurants in the villages around. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The internet works great.

Lovely house with an excellent host. Nice house with good size rooms and bedrooms. Nice big pool with sun loungers and a shower (with hot water!). House is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. It is in a central location in Tuscany so easy to get to Pisa, Florence (Firenza), Bologna and the coast (About 2 hour drive). There is a huge garden next to the house where you can pick fresh watermelons, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, plums, and peppers. The caretaker are very helpful and nice and will sort out any issues very quickly. Very close to a supermarket - make sure you visit Barcello to look into the history of Don Camilla! Over all a very nice stay - only (little) issues - only 3 of 4 bedrooms are air conditioned, none downstairs - but big fan is provided which helps. Lovely home for a family or group of friends..
