Communication with this hsot was very difficult as she would reply to my messages the next day, always!!! The first issue I had to face was that internet connection wasn't working and I really needed it because I work from home. I reached out to the host and she told me to switch the modem on, which I tried it do but the modem was out of battery. It took her one day moe respond to my message and realize there was no battery. She sent someone to bring me the charger the next day, I charged the modem but the internet was still not working. Had to text the host again, but it took 2 more days to respond and letme know that the connection has expired and she would buy a new one that day. The first 4 days out of my 7 days of stay I had no internet and I guess it would take much less time to fix the problem if the hsot was faster at replying to my messages. One dya before check out I asked the host if it was OK to leave the apartment at 11.30 instead of 11.00 and she said OK, no problem. Next day she texted me the very last moment, at 10 o clock in the morning to let me know I should leave at 11.00 because she had a new arrival. I saw her message at 11.16 and I told her that I wasn't ready and I needed 10 more minutes to pack my things and go. She became aggressive towards me saying that the regulation says that checkout takes place at 11.00. A that point I remained her of our last night s conversation and that she had consented for me to leave half an hour earlier but she didn't reply anything. She was rude and unprofessional. Not friendly at all and from her late responses I felt like she couldn't have cared less. Never again. There is a word called hospitality. Such a pity it is unknown to you

We had a nice stay at Giada's apartment. It is large and spacious, and fits the description. If AC is important for you, it is worth mentioning that there is only one unit in one of the rooms. Two other rooms, kitchen, and bathroom do not have an AC. The apartment is well located to the city center, restaurants and stores. For those traveling with the kids, there is a small park and a playground nearby. We were able to find street parking in front of the apartment during the day and at night.

Giada’s place is the best option. Clean, very well equipped, luminous and in the perfect location. In a quiet area but just two blocks to the main streets, restaurants, shops and bars. We were lucky and parking was very easy in front of the building. In addition Giada is an excellent host and very committed to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

The place was very clean and Giada was kind enough to show us where to pick up some pizza as we arrived later than expected on a Sunday evening. It was a comfortable place to stay as we travelled from Sorrento to Sicily
