I was very happy with everything on our stay at Boho Beach House! 5 stars!
We stayed at the Boho for a stag do and it was absolutely perfect. The location is exactly where you want it with everything within walking distance. The place was clean and suited our every need. Chanine is a great host. Great communication and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend the place enough.
An absolutely beautiful place to stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable and gorgeously decorated and the kitchen and lounge area was perfect for our group. Chanine was there to welcome us when we arrived and was a perfect host. She communicated everything we needed to know and was easy to contact but was not overbearing. We stayed in on the Friday night and had a BBQ cooked by a chap recommended to us by Chanine and it was easily the best BBQ I've had! He prepared, cooked then cleared up everything!. The price was very reasonable yet the food was amazing - not a cheap burger/sausage in sight. It was an amazing way to start the group's weekend. The hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and town centre. Both are within walking distance. The beach is just at the end of the road and close enough for us to all enjoy an early morning dip before the day's proceedings! The town was a 10-20mins walk or a 5 minute taxi so close enough but not so close that you would be disturbed by revellers late at night. Overall, the whole group (15 of us) were blown away with our stay at Boho. It was everything that I'd wanted and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for our weekend away.
Great host, great house! There was 17 of us for a hen do weekend. Originally booked for May 2020 and rearranged twoce! We were soooo happy to finally make it to Bournemouth. The house was just the right fit for us. We fit the 17 of us around the table for dinner and breakfast. Lots of single beds so we didn’t all have to share. Plenty of showers and mirrors to get ready for a night out! Great location easy walk to town, beach and bars. Really great weekend, thank you!

I moved from Esher/Surrey some 16 years ago to the beautiful white beach of Sandbanks. Travelled the world and will make myself at home pretty much anywhere. But like most people, I don't like that hotel feeling, especially when travelling with my children. Hence the reason for offering a great service with air BNB. To attract like minded people. My goal is to have families, couples, business people or hippies. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this space too. I have rented flats on Air BNB for some time and I just love the clientele. The beauty of air bnb is that people are looking for a good service and to feel welcome. Everyone is welcome here to enjoy, relax and enjoy the beach and town, which is just minutes away. I decided to bring my dream to reality and buy a 10 bedroom hotel, purely for Air BNB guests. What you will expect is a home which feels like a home. I'm very relaxed about arrivals and departures, there is no set in stone guide lines here, just send me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate this for you. If you have a celebration, let me know as you may want me to put up balloons or chill a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. You pay the receipt and an extra £5 for the service.
