Siamo stati benissimo, la casa era in ordine e c'era tutto il necessario per vivere un soggiorno estremamente piacevole in nove persone. Purtroppo il brutto clima che abbiamo trovato ha causato qualche difficoltà, ma il proprietario ha sempre fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarci ed è sempre rimasto a disposizione. Consigliamo di arrivare con la strada che passa da Malocchio, è più lunga ma decisamente meno accidentata, suonate il clacson ad ogni curva!

It was an amazing stay! We were welcomed very warmly, the host is a great person who can help with everything. He also recommended us a delicious pizzeria in the center of Pescia and was so nice that he made us a reservation there :) The house itself is beautifully situated, quiet and peaceful all around. If we were to come back to Tuscany again, we would definitely go to this place :)

The house is perfect for long evenings with a breathtaking view of the valley. Jan is a very kind host and was always available for questions. He also provided us with very good food recommendations. Can only recommend the place!

Pros: Quiet location and great view Spacious Equipment in order Large outdoor area with nice pool Cons: Terrain very steep, pool only accessible via steep, partly broken stairs Attention for allergy sufferers important: a cat that is fed there likes to climb into the house Overall, our stay in the cottage was very nice. Two nights before our departure we unfortunately had no more running water. The next morning Jan has taken care directly and called plumber. Here he already held out the prospect of compensation for one night. We were put off in between again and again that soon water would run again. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fixed until our departure (so we could not shower, use the toilet properly or flush). We sought the conversation afterwards to agree on a compensation minus small damages on our part. Unfortunately, this conversation did not go satisfactorily. The list of alleged damages that we did not cause has grown.
