Ideal location for the Norfolk coast and also very close to 3 National Trust properties. Nearby the excellent Georgian town of Holt is a must for local shops and eateries. The cottage itself was decorated for The Christmas holidays which was a nice touch. Everything you need for our stay was on hand and presented well. Would have liked a more up to date visitor guide is the only minor disappointment.

We had a great Christmas at Heather Cottages. It had everything our family needed. Was decorated for Christmas too which was lovely! Host was very friendly when we needed to call. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

A good spacious place with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortably furnished and good bathroom provision. The large parking space made getting out into the narrow road easy.

The cottage was lovely and cosy for the Christmas period. The log fire made the ambience even more special. Unfortunately we had trouble with the oven as there were no instructions for it. Also there were only 4 teaspoons which was in contrast with the plentiful amount of other cutlery. The whole of downstairs and the conservatory were tastefully decorated with Christmas decorations. Unfortunately the conservatory was too cold to sit in for very long but I would think it would be a pleasant place in the summer.

This house is big, with lots of parking and a good garden / outside space. Ideal for a family. The house really does need a deep clean, it was surface clean but tired throughout. Needs a bit of investment and TLC and could be great. There's no sign or door number so make note of the photo to find it! Good location for beaches and attractions. Nice play park in the village and good chip shop.
