Cromer is a wonderful place to stay been a few times, great location and easy to get to parking is fine just up the road, only downside to this house is it’s extremely dated furniture needs bringing into the 21st century some of the furniture was a little dodgy when sitting down (table and chairs), sofa was extremely low to the ground so seemed to have been used for a long long time same as the bed was noisy when moving felt any wrong movement and it’ll break, building was fairly clean a little bit of hair in the bathroom but apart from that it was ok. Whilst furniture being dated is no issue being rickety can be dangerous.

The house was in a great location, only gripe was that there was no parking on the road and had to pay for car park. This is directly opposite, so really not an issue. The house itself has the potential to be really fantastic, but it requires maintenance. Lots of small things that didn't really bother us like wobbly table, leak by the back door and general wear and tear. The bigger issues were - The caved in mattress on the double bed, which meant that my daughter had to sleep on the floor, while one of us slept in the single bed. I spotted a few silverfish on the carpet upstairs, not enough to bother me, but could be a problem. The hot water cut out constantly, so we couldn't really shower or wash dishes easily. 2 of the stairs are wobbly, which could be really dangerous and a face panel in the garden is hanging off. The place could be brilliant, so I hope they get fixed. We have family nearby and would have loved to return while visiting. Also no bath towels, which wasn't clear.
