Lovely friendly place plus the hot tub is a nice touch

5***s from start to finish This place is so different and peaceful The grounds are stunning It was immaculately clean on arrival and had EVERYTHING, from cleaning products to washing powder to children’s cots high chairs and even little toilet seats. The owners have really thought about this place thoroughly, there is nothing it didn’t have! We couldn’t get our hot water on one day and tried everything the manual said to do even reset it so unfortunately we had to call Adrian out which was no bother and low and behold he pressed the reset button and it worked! But he was so friendly and happy to help. The children loved the hot tub and feeding the ducks every day. It was so warm in the lodge, definitely made us feel cosy when it was torrential rain outside The swimming on site is clean also and really modern We went to Great Yarmouth pier twice it’s only a 18-20 min journey and also to the banger racing which is around the same time journey. Will definitely love to come again!

The shank was amazing from the moment we walked in, Pippa has tried to think of everything you might need. The most beautiful surroundings so tranquil and relaxing, the property is super clean and feels like home from the moment you arrive. The hot tub was great to sit and watch the wildlife. Loved the size of the bath downstairs great to relax in, kitchen has everything you might need (cleaning products etc). Very helpful info pack on the side with days out/take away etc, the restaurant on site is a must to try on a Sunday. We’ve stayed on fairways before but this was the best so far, thank you letting us stay at your property:) Would definitely recommend this property and have already booked a return next year. Amazing bed kingsize Large tv (sign in Netflix/ Amazon prime) Heating (October stay) very nice Feeding the ducks was very enjoyable and entertaining.

Had a lovely week at The Shank. It was peaceful and my husband enjoyed the golf. A nice restaurant on-site and they do offer collection if you have had a busy day. We have been to Norfolk a few times but this place was lovely. The hot tub was lovely, only downsides were decking didnt get the afternoon / evening sun and we had to go home. The home was fully equipped and we will return. Thank you for letting us stay.

Excellent lodge,very clean,had everything you could possibly want. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.
