Beautiful property in great location, perfect if planning to go out as lots of bars and restaurants.

Paulius' apartment was convenient, well equipped and clean and Paulius was very easy to reach. We especially liked the kitchen island and comfortable beds. There are two bedrooms with capacity of four people and one bed sofa (that should accommodate two). The bed sofa was not comfortable to sleep in, I thus would recommend this accommodation for no more than four people. Our check-in process was a bit chaotic, we arrived by car and could not enter the parking lot for a few minutes until they opened the gate. Communication with his mo ther who met us at check-in was not so clear as she didn't speak English very well but everything worked out fine. When we used the shower, the water was not running down well and flooded the bathroom, probably due to a clogged drain and the flat shower floor. The windows were not very tight, which we noticed given the cold temperatures outside. Overall, this place was very modern, well located and good value for money.
