Eine kleinen Einblick in meine 5 Wochen, die ich hier verbringen konnte: Das haus ist schön gebaut und steht am rande des Ortes "LaTulia". Mit den Bussen (die alle grob 30min fahren) erreicht man in ca 10-15min den ersten Startplatz (Aquapandela). Dies kostet ca. 0,80€. Der zweite Startplatz ist ca 20 Gehminuten von hier entfernt. Starten kann man so ab 9 uhr. Vor 2 uhr (bevor der Wind dreht) kann man wieder direkt in LaTulia landen. Während es Nachts in Roldanillo kaum abkühlt und man bei 30-35°C kaum schlafen kann, sinkt die Temperatur an diesem platz auf ca.15°C. Hier gibt es das ganze Jahr über frische Früchte. Einige davon hatte ich vor dem Urlaub noch nie gesehen. Eine Polizeistation ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Polizisten sind, wie alle Einwohner, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. -und zusätzlich extrem gut im Schach spielen :P Hier ist es sehr sicher und es ist kein Problem nachts alleine aus dem Haus zu gehen. Ester spricht perfekt Englisch und hilft wo sie nur kann. (Übersetzen, Reisetipps, ...). Angefangen mit der frage "wie komm ich vom Flughafen nach Roldanillo??? " Oder "was sollen die unterschiedlichen Geldscheine, die gleich viel wert sind?" Bishin zur Organisation vom Shuttl zurück zum Flughafen. Gerade wenn man das erste mal hier her kommt und das auch noch alleine, hilft das sehr weiter. Dies ist ein wirklich empfehlenswertes AirBnb

If you are looking to get away from the heat and bustle of Roldanillo, this is a great place. Ester and Julio are great hosts. The temperature is perfect all day, and the nights are cool and quiet. Good birds as well, for all you birders out there. I especially enjoyed all the fruit that they grow on the farm. Some of the best bananas and oranges I've had, and lots of interesting tropical fruits I had never heard of. For paragliders, the bus to Agua Panela and Pico from La Tulia is quick, and only 4000 pesos. The trade off is that you have to take an extra bus to get back at the end of the day.

There is nothing to do here but paraglide, mountain biking, riding the motorcycle, bird watching, hammock surfing; all in a pastoral mountain setting of green, rugged mountains and vistas. I'll be back.
