Penthouse has A/C units or ample fans for ventilation. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized. MASTER SUITE Queen plush mattress and complement private bath. Private sundeck with stunning views of the bay. Princess bed topper and wall-to-wall windows. A/C unit. OCTOPUS ROOM Full size modern bed. This room has a table for laptop use. Just off the kitchen with lots of light, or close off the doors for a quiet sleep. Nice white leather and mirrors throughout. TV with Netflix. A/C unit. LIVING ROOM Leather chaise lounges. UPDATE: Due to recent hurricanes and earthquakes in the last years we now provide guests with a back up inverter generator which can power all lights, fans, plugs, Wifi and refrigerator with freezer. The apartment now has a gas line installed which and all the equipment has been changed to work with gas. This includes stove top, oven, combo washer dryer, water heater and grill.
