Today it remains an opportunity for authentic adventure travel to a naturally beautiful Mexican village. Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm. Our house is near town, off the main path behind the old elementary school. We have a fantastic pool with jungle view and glimpse of the ocean through the trees - only a 3 min walk! We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient. Everyone walks here! Or takes an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It's hilly so bring your walking shoes. Until then, we are renting our house to guests. It's everything we could want and hope you will like the spacious fully furnished kitchen, huge outdoor patio with pool, shower and half bath as well as two comfy bedrooms.

Nous avons plutôt fait affaire avec Rodolfo. Ce dernier était très sympathique et proactif et s’assurait que nous étions satisfaits. Nous avons fait une rando en bateau avec lui et c’était très agréable. En plus d’u e excellente bouffe de fruits de mer à Chimo.
We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was very nice to have at the end of each day after hiking and beaching. We spent a lot of time on the deck outside each morning and evening. Short walk to the beach and restaurants was appreciated.
Nuestra estancia muy rica, muy atentos siempre, respuesta rapida, te explican perfecto el uso y donde hay todo, unico punto malo, la alberca muy fría, en general la pasamos delicioso... muy recomendable.
We loved our stay at the Greenview, everything is well maintained, the pool was awesome, the rooftop terrace had an amazing view. Rodrigo was helpful but not overbearing and was generous with the use of anything we needed. He also offered to take us on his boat for a very fair rate. We didn’t have enough time to take him up on this offer but we will if we’re ever lucky enough to visit the Greenview again!
First things first—beds in Mexico are often hard as a rock and squeaky. The beds in this apartment are super comfortable and the bed frames do not squeak! The shower pressure is great, kitchen is well stocked, pool is awesomely cold after a day of running around Yelapa. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I live in Graton, California and with my beautiful family. My first language is Spanish and my second language is English. My husband's family is from Yelapa, Mexico - one of the most charming spots in the world. We are building homes to rent there and we are helping my inlaws rent their home as well.
