The apartment is situated in a residential area only 15 minutes by tram from the city center. It is a part of campus of University of Economics. It offers one spacious fully equiped room with double bed, TV and seating area. It also includes private bathroom, toilet and a shared kitchenette. Room is situated in a building which also offers a gym and laundry. Reception is working 24/7. On the ground floor is a common room with table tennis, billiards, darts and piano.

A bit pricey for what you get (838 € for the month of August 2023, kitchen is shared) but, other than that, a nice place not too far from the city centre with a supermarket closeby. Of note, if you want to use the washing machine they'll charge you extra.
Super appartment (as shown on the pictures), with a very good and easy opportunity with public transportation to get down town. Easy and fast communication with Michal. Had a fantastic stay there!

It was really great
Nice view, good communication, and a good transfer to the City. But Not only the Kitchen is shared with another room of 2 , also the toilet is shared. Could be mentioned better in despription but it was No Problem. Greetings from Germany.

Building is situated in a residential area with parks in close vicinity. Next to the building is a playground and free accesible outdoor workout place.
The best way to travel to and from the accommodation is by the tram. The tramstop is just 300 meters from the building and the tram goes directly to the downtown. The trip by tram to the downtown takes just about 20 minutes.
