Great property, perfect for our nurses. The property was very comfortable and had all amenities as described. Pillow Partners were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. Would book again!

The whole house is seriously run down & although clean, it needs a serious update. I booked for 5 persons, but the kitchen only had 4 mugs, 4 forks( I had to phone a nearby relative to bring me a fork so we could have dinner), no plug in the kitchen sink. The ironing board had no cover on it, just bare metal, although the actual iron was really good. We were left 3 bath towels & when I contacted Pillow I received no communication from them but a day later found a big red bag full of linen dumped at the back door ( thankfully it hadn’t rained) The sofa bed had stains on it & we found a piece of pepperoni down the side when we opened it up. The photos on the website suggested that there was a tv package which included sports however no such package was available & the TV was set up in Slovakian! The most disappointing part of the stay was the building work going on next door. We had no communication regarding this & it was a small DIY job!!! Access to property is also cluttered & untidy

it was ok, but the washing machine was broken and long time they didnt do anything about that, so the communication was really annoying. Also i wanted some information about the late checkout possibility and i didnt receive any answer for that

Helt okej boende men slitet och mycket stökig uteplats som inte alls lockade att vilja sitta ute på. Det tog 20 min att gå till närmaste tågstation i Cleland. Tyvärr var det inte riktigt städat i kök eller badrum och stora fläckar på madrassen i bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet. Lakan och handdukar var mycket bra och rent.
