My family and I stayed at Erin’s place. I have 3 children, the age of 6,4&3. This place is kid friendly, so many toys and safe place for my girls to play. I felt at home loved it so much. I would recommend to anyone with or without family! This airbnb is surrounded by beautiful views! We saw an Elk in the morning right outside our window. The balconies were perfect for morning coffee! We used the fully stocked kitchen, and the jacuzzi. This place was 10/10. Frazer trail was within steps from the Airbnb and Erin replied to my questions within minutes.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Erin’s place! We thought it was a great value for the number of people it could accommodate comfortably, how close it was to the mountain, how well stocked it was in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms & bathrooms (cooking utensils, crockpot, spices, pantry staples, board games, DVD’s, extra pillows, blankets, extra towels, shower soaps, etc.). Loved the fireplace and outdoor balcony to sit by as I had my morning coffee. The decor being ski themed was so cute too! Erin was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay! Would absolutely come back again 100%!

This was a great condo in Winter park. Great please for kids with lots of toys, very close to the mountain and quick bus ride to the base. Beautiful view of the mountain and slopes. Highly recommended.

We felt completely at home in Erin Anne's warm and inviting place so close to the Winter Park base area. Beds were really comfortable; and the main living and dining area was roomy, cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The shared hot tub was the perfect temp, and during our mid-April stay, we had it to ourselves each day. The private one car garage was a very nice plus. We would love to come back again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Erin was great and very responsive! We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was very convenient to the base of the mountain.
