The space was not bad. However, I asked Chris before moving in at the end of January. If it was a bad neighborhood I asked back and October he then got offended. It is a bad neighborhood. It is a bad abandoned houses and drug dealers right across the street

Chris is a friendly and helpful guy, and was flexible with me extending my stay. The place is peaceful, clean, and secure.

Chris was an amazing host throughout my month long stay with him. He was quick to respond to any concerns I had and addressed all of them appropriately. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the month. It was an extremely affordable option at a great price. I never felt unsafe during my stay and felt that there was respect from not only the host but also other guests. I arrived later than expected for my check-in and Chris was accommodating with that. I also had issues finding an Uber to the Flint airport and Chris went out of his way to drive me there at 6am. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family looking for a place to stay in Flint. Beyond being a great host, Chris is also a great person and I feel very fortunate to have stayed with him.
